Morning drop-off begins at 7:30 a.m. All students who arrive prior to 7:50 are supervised by age groupings in the gym or Community Center free of charge.

After care is open to all students (PreK-8^th) from dismissal to 6:00 p.m. After Care is open every school day other than the days previous to Thanksgiving and Christmas Vacation, unless noted otherwise. Billing occurs monthly, prorated to the half hour. If used on a full time basis, a discount applies.

 

Annunciation makes accommodations for learning when a specified disability is present and it is believed progress can be made in the regular classroom. Assistance with diagnostic referrals and evaluation can be provided.

 

Many teachers provide extra help during lunch and/or after school to assist students who have fallen behind or need extra reinforcement.

 

Students in grades 5- 8 can attend a quiet place to complete homework (school library) from 3:00-4:00 p.m. free of charge. A teacher supervises these students and is available to assist with homework questions.  Additionally, the computer labs are open most days if needed.

 

A group of caring parents provides various opportunities for involvement in education and spiritual growth. These opportunities include prayer groups, weekly rosary group, parent education, and meal preparation for families in need.  See Catholic Identity for further details.

 

Screenings are conducted regularly.

 

Uniforms are to be purchased through Roadrunner Custom Apparel.  Additionally, a used uniform exchange/sale takes place at the beginning of each semester.

 

A Kay TahRing Catering Service provides lunch daily.  Individual accounts are set up and payment is made in advance via the Sycamore system.
