Lunch Menu for the Week of March 8 - 12
Monday – Soft taco, salsa, Spanish rice, orange slice & milk. Alternative - veggie plate or grilled cheese Tuesday – Chicken patty, mashed potatoes, dinner roll, jell-o and milk. Alternative –yogurt, string cheese, dinner roll. Wednesday – Max sticks, marinara sauce, veggies, seasonal fruit, chocolate chip cookie and milk. Alternate – chef’s salad or deli wrap. Thursday – French toast, sausage, potato wedge, orange juice and milk. Alternate - hamburger Friday – Cheese pizza, veggies, fruit, cookie and milk.

Run for the Zoo
The Biopark Society’s 25th Annual RUN FOR THE ZOO Sunday May 2, 2010
Lace up your shoes Annunciation Families and come out and support your school and community. By registering through the school, all students and siblings (K-12th grade) will receive a $2.00 registration fee discount. Plus your packet will be delivered to you here at school. That means you don’t have to wait in a long line on packet pick-up day. Your packet will include an official Run for the Zoo t-shirt, coupons, other promotional items and your race number is your zoo entry ticket for the entire day. You’ll also have great refreshments to ward off thirst and hunger after you run your event.
The school entry deadline is, Thursday April 1st. Race packets will be sent home with students the week of April 26th.
If you are interested, you may collect pledges for cool prizes, contact your school coordinator for details.

Call for Acts
This year’s talent show is scheduled for Saturday, April 10. Individual students or groups of students wishing to participate need to attend the appropriate Call for Acts session. (Class Acts do not need to attend the Call for Acts). Students may participate in ONE act other than their class act. Acts will be a maximum of ONE minute long. All props, costumes, music etc. must be provided by the participants. Please complete and bring the Registration Form (included or accessible from our web page) to your Call for Acts.
Call for Acts will be held in the Gym. Monday, March 8 - PreK, K, 1st & 2nd grade acts Wednesday, March 10 - 3rd, 4th, & 5th grade acts Thursday, March 11 - Middle School acts

Rosary Committee
Weekly rosaries will be every Thursday in St. Magdelene Hall. Doors will open at 2:15pm with the rosary beginning at 2:30pm. All parents are welcome.
Monthly rosaries will be held 5 times throughout the school year. They will include a special guest speaker as well as an opportunity for parents to come together to socialize and pray.
All parents are invited to come together to get to know one another, and pray the rosary for the special intentions of our students, faculty and staff.
