Drop Off & Pick Up Information
Traffic cones will be set up in the morning and afternoon along the perimeter of campus. The areas marked with the cones are NO PARKING ZONES! They are to be used for drop off and pick up only.
DROP OFF PROCEDURES (morning)
NO PARKING is allowed at any yellow curb. If you need to get out of the car (other than to open doors/trunks) park in the designated parking areas. Additionally, if you arrive prior to 7:50 and your child does not go to the gym or the Community Center please wait with your child in one of the designated parking areas. DO NOT WAIT IN YOUR CAR IN ANY YELLOW ZONE.
PICK UP PROCEDURES (afternoon)
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR if you are parked in a yellow curb area. As soon as your child has entered your car please pull away to allow someone else to take your spot. If you need to talk to another parent or teacher then park in a designated parking area.
REMEMBER. . .
there are 3 parking areas available,
be aware of people walking through parking lots,
drive slowly,
always use cross walks and
be courteous to other drivers.

Lunch Menu for the Week of August 18 – 22
Monday – Cheeseburger, oven fries, apple and milk. Alternate: entrée salad or PB & J pocket.
Tuesday – Spaghetti w. meat sauce, dinner roll, peaches and milk. Alternate: deli sandwich or yogurt.
Wednesday – Bean & cheese burrito, veggies, dip, cantaloupe and milk. Alternate: entrée salad or grilled cheese sandwich.
Thursday – Chicken patty, mashed potatoes, gravy, apple and milk. Alternate: Beef fingers or yogurt.
Friday – Pepperoni pizza, veggies, dip, fruited Jell-O and milk. Alternate – entrée salad or cheese pizza.

Monitor Donation
THANK YOU!!! We would like to thank Patrick Bachechi from Entre Computers for his very generous donation of 25 brand new 17" HP flat panel monitors. These monitor were placed in the mid-school lab.

Sports Physical-Release Form
Physicals must be completed annually for students in grades 5–8 who wish to participate in athletics. You may either click on the above title to download or stop by the office to pick one up.

Viking Tennis Team sign-ups are Tuesday, August 19 after school in the Community Center. 
School Pictures will take place on Friday, August 22. Order forms will be sent home with students on Friday, August 15. It is a 'dress up day'. Please see the Parent Student Handbook for a description of appropriate clothing. 
Students in grades 3 - 8 are welcome to join the Annunciation Chess Club. Chess Club sign up will be held Monday, August 25 in room 303 from 3:00 - 3:30. Call the school office for more information. .
Cross Country is open to students in grades 5-8. A meeting for runners and parents will be held Wednesday, September 3 at 3:15 in the Community Center. Runners will practice after the meeting. Practices will be on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please call the school office if you have any questions.
